wow.. my taste buds were dancing. This was by far the best dining experience I've had in Portland ever. We arrived with no reservation and were first seated at the bar. But for the price of the entrees, and since we weren't there for drinks and tapas, we asked if they could work out a table in the dining hall since the bar was naturally a bit louder. They worked it out and seated us in the dining hall within minutes. The waitress was extremely knowledgeable. The bread and salsas that come out unlimited are to die for. The empinadas!!!!! YUMM!! Another appetizer we got was a seafood, shrimp/sashimi type plate with lime juice.. Our waitress said that most peruvians order the two dishes we chose for our entrees which were the leg of lamb and a beef sirloin steak pieces with mushrooms and rice... I don't even like lamb but this was amazing. ... I could go on.. the place itself is beautiful.. the bar had a live band so we got to hear the music play more faintly as we enjoyed our dinner..... just go there... It's expensive but it's worth it for an occasion/to treat yourself!

I love Andina! Always amazing food, service, and most of all drinks. I will go alone, with a group, or for a romantic date and Andina is perfect! Go and do not leave without having at least one Sacsayhuaman! Best cocktail ever!!

Hands down the best restaurant in the pearl! From start to finish everything is prepared perfectly haven’t had anything I didn’t enjoy. The ceviche is to die for. A great place for a date or just treat yourself to an amazing meal

This place is amazing. Excellent flavors and unique drinks! You can't go wrong with this place. My favorite drink of all time is made here Sacsayhuman...sweet, spicy and tart all together! Delicious! The beef heart kabobs at happy hour are so good!! You should make a reservation. You can make a reservation in the bar for parties 6 or more. Down side is it can be a little spendy.

If you want a first-class experience, eat at Andina. Their Peruvian/Latin fusion food is an epicurian experience. Not only is everything very tasty but presented wonderfully. This is an excellent restaurant to impress your business clients and your spouse or friend. Be sure to make a reservation well in advance, or be prepared for a wait of up to 3 hours to get a table.
