I haven't had too many good experience at Safeway in the Pearl. I was there a few days ago and it literally took like 15 min for me just to checkout for a couple bottles of water. Even before I was there for produce and was finding rotten fruit. I hate seeing my "whole" paycheck go away at Whole Foods, but it may be worth it if this is what Safeway is going to bring to the table  Flag this review
