Click the visit website link above to find out the next stop time. This is the first stop after the streetcar makes a direction change headed west towards NW 23rd Avenue. Get off here to tour some of the Pearl's newest residential area. There are many new apartments and condos here. If you walk south down 12th ave after getting off, you'll find a lot of great shops on NW Lovejoy Street. If you need some groceries, get off here.

Apparently, if you would like to have a random run-in with Timothy Hutton, this is the place to hang out. I don't recommend literally bumping into him (at least his Sister's coffee wasn't spilled), but it was good entertainment. Gotta love the Pearl!
